If you would like a free address
          sign and you live in the Gilt Edge Fire Departments District, please leave
          your name, address and phone number.  These signs are a great asset
          for police, fire and EMS services to locate your house in case of an emergency. 
          Please, if you do not already have one...get one.

          The Fire Department, or an Ambulance to respond to your location due to
          a life threatening incident.

 
Preplanning
The Gilt Edge Fire Department
          is highly active in its Preplanning Program.  This program is set
          up to ensure the best possible response to a fire or emergency situation
          at all commercial, industrial and religious buildings in the fire district. 
          The program is designed to locate any hazard that could possibly hinder
          a response to an emergency and also to find anything that would help the
          responders such as fire hydrants, sprinklers, entrances and exits, as
          well as utility shut-offs.  If you would like to help out the Gilt
          Edge Fire Department and offer your building for preplanning, please contact
